warranty
All Blue FX devices come with a two-year warranty from the date of purchase for all new equipment. Repairs within this period will be free of charge if the issue is due to a manufacturing defect and not caused by the end user.
Please ensure that you keep the original purchase receipt as proof of purchase.
This warranty does not cover damage to the enclosure, graphics, knobs, or hardware. Additionally, repair fees may apply for pedals that have been modified or have malfunctioned due to user error, such as using an incorrect power supply or other misuse.
returns & refunds
We offer a 14-day return policy for orders purchased directly through our store. The 14-day period begins from the day you receive your order. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your device within this timeframe, please contact us at support@bluefxdevices.com to request a refund.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging and in perfect condition. We do not refund shipping costs. Please note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, as well as any applicable PayPal fees.
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item and verify its condition.
For international customers, return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

If you receive a damaged or broken device, or if you are experiencing issues with your Blue fx devices equipment, please email us at repairs@bluefxdevices.com. We will be happy to assist you by repairing or replacing the device.
Repairs are typically completed within 1-2 weeks. Most issues are simple fixes, and we will return your device in fully working condition.

Repair Service Fee Structure:
Diagnostic Fee: Starting at 27 EURO
This fee covers our initial assessment and technical evaluation. It applies to all repair evaluations.Component Costs: The actual cost of replacement parts will be added to the base fee.
Service Guarantee:
If we successfully repair your pedal, the diagnostic fee will be applied toward the total repair cost.
If no issues are found or the pedal cannot be repaired, you won’t be charged for our time and professional service. However, you will be responsible for shipping costs.
After completing the repair, we will send you an invoice detailing the total repair costs, including the service fee and any applicable shipping expenses.
